Privacy Policy

This application is an internal business-management tool operated by Turf Care Utah LLC to manage its own customer relationships, scheduling, and invoicing.

Data handled includes customer contact details (name, phone, email, and address), service and appointment records, and pricing and invoice records. This information is provided by customers when they request service, and it is used solely to deliver and manage those services.

The application connects to Google (to import service inquiries from email and to schedule calendar appointments) and to QuickBooks Online (to create invoices). Data is shared with these providers only as needed for those functions. Authentication tokens are stored securely on the server.

SMS

We collect phone numbers from customers who request service. We use those numbers to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. This application does not show advertising.

Data is retained while it remains relevant to the business relationship. Customers may request correction or deletion by contacting the business.
